What is PayPal?
PayPal is an online payment service with which you can pay for your purchases easily and quickly: on eBay and in other online shops. PayPal is both a subsidiary of eBay and an online payment system operated by it, which can be used to pay small and medium-sized amounts when buying and selling in online shops, for example. With around 143 million member accounts
in 106 countries, PayPal is the largest online payment service provider in the world. The aim of PayPal is to process payments as easily as possible. PayPal members can send money to anyone in supported countries as long as they have an e-mail address. Members' information is protected by SSL for every transfer. The financial details of the sender, such as credit card number or account number, remain concealed from the recipient, which is intended to prevent misuse of those details by the recipient of the payment. Open a PayPal account and link it to your bank account or credit card – and paying on the internet will become easy and fast for you too.
The benefits of PayPal
Easy: You can pay straightforwardly with just a few clicks. Fast: The seller receives his money as soon as you have confirmed your payment. Secure: Your bank and credit card details are not passed on.
