Every Sport-Tec customer receives the following guarantees:

30-day money-back guarantee

You can insure against loss of your payment in the case of non-delivery or return of the goods, irrespective of your payment method. To do so, simply click on the "Trusted Shops Buyer Protection" button once you have made your purchase and follow the instructions. WE will meet the costs of this extra safeguard!

Damaged goods

If an item is damaged in transit, we offer you the following guarantees:

  • Replacement service

    The item will be replaced within a few days and delivered to your door by the relevant parcel service - free of charge, of course.

  • Credit note for the order value

    As compensation, you recceive a credit note for the value of the goods. The amount depends on the size of the order.

  • Money-back guarantee

    Of course, we offer you the option of a full money-back guarantee. The damaged item is collected from you by the relevant parcel service and, once it has reached our warehouse, the invoice amount is credited to you in full.

  • Price reduction

    Has the item been slightly damaged but is still in full working order? If you want to keep it, we will reduce the purchase price, depending on the extent of the damage.

PayPal buyer protection

If your parcel does not arrive or the contents do not match the description, PayPal offers you special buyer protection. The full purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded to you up to 60 days after payment.

Credit card & direct debit

If you pay by credit card or direct debit, you have the option to demand the return of the amount from your bank/credit card company up to six weeks from receipt of the statement of account.
