30-day money-back guarantee
You can insure against loss of your payment in the case of non-delivery or return of the goods, irrespective of your payment method. To do so, simply click on the "Trusted Shops Buyer Protection" button once you have made your purchase and follow the instructions. WE will meet the costs of this extra safeguard!
PayPal buyer protection
If your parcel does not arrive or the contents do not match the description, PayPal offers you special buyer protection. The full purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded to you up to 60 days after payment.
Credit card & direct debit
If you pay by credit card or direct debit, you have the option to demand the return of the amount from your bank/credit card company up to six weeks from receipt of the statement of account.

The article will be exchanged within a few days directly at your location by the responsible parcel service - of course free of charge.
Voucher for goods
As compensation you will receive a voucher. The amount depends on the order value.
Of course we also offer you the option of a full money-back guarantee. The damaged item will be picked up on site by the responsible parcel service and after it reaches our warehouse you will be credited 100% of the invoice amount.
The article was slightly damaged, but is it still fully functional? If you would like to keep it, we will be happy to refund part of the purchase price, depending on the size of the damage.
