Who are we?
Sport-Tec GmbH is an innovative, fast growing company, which is specialized in the distribution of high quality physio and fitness equipment.
We are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/x) in full-time for the next possible date.
Your areas of responsibility:
- Management and control of the sales department
- Management of the sales team and contact person for the service & sales departments
- Independent support and development of key accounts, acquisition of new customers
- Permanent market observation, identification of market potentials and development of sales measures
- Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, trade fairs and customer training with the support of our marketing department
- Processing, evaluation and control of reports
Your profile:
- Completed studies or vocational training in the commercial field
- Several years of experience in sales, ideally in a management position
- High affinity to the fitness and physio industry desirable
- Strategic, analytical and goal-oriented way of working with an eye on sales figures
- Enthusiasm, persuasiveness and creative drive
- Friendly and solution-oriented appearance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Initiative, ability to work independently
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
