We are looking for you as an apprentice in dialog marketing (m/f/x).

Your areas of responsibility:
  • Support for our customers
  • Recording and maintaining customer data
  • Telephone customer and product advice
  • Receiving customer enquiries and final processing
  • Processing service requests
  • Accepting orders (by e-mail and telephone)
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Learning and working with IT systems and special application programs
Your profile:
  • At least good qualified secondary school leaving certificate I
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Outgoing and good communication skills
  • initiative
  • Initial experience with MS Office applications
