The shipping costs with standard parcel delivery at Sport-Tec are
Depending on the shape of the article, an additional bulky goods surcharge may apply. Information on this can be found on the article page under the link "Shipping costs".
For deliveries to an island, we reserve the right to charge an island surcharge. The amount of the surcharge is variable. You can find out how much it is by calling our service team at +49 (0) 6331 1480-0 or by using our contact form.
The shipping costs for freight forwarding depend on the respective article and can be viewed on the article page under the link "Shipping costs".

If your order is delivered in several part deliveries, we only charge you the freight and shipping costs once.
Attention! Please note that we don't have any information about additional costs, which might accrue due to the import into your country.
Delivery times
The delivery time of goods in stock by standard parcel delivery is usually about 1-3 working days, by shipping company up to one week. We should point out that shipping freight is only delivered to the kerbside; it can be brought onto your premises but at separate cost.
In order to allow freight deliveries to be made correctly and promptly, we request that you provide a telephone number.
If there are delays in delivery, we shall, of course, inform you immediately.
Deliveries to packing stations
Unfortunately, deliveries to packing stations can currently not be delivered.
Delivery with no shipping costs
We ship qualified products free of charge within Germany from an order value of € 149,-. Only applies to online orders.
For logistical reasons, some items are delivered by shipping company and can be identified by the lorry symbol (
) below the price .
If your order is delivered in several part deliveries, we only charge you the freight and shipping costs once.
New to the shop: you can now display the shipping costs for your entire cart or for individual items on the product page. Simply select the country and we will calculate the costs for you.
The amount by which the shipping costs fall below this goods value depends on the size and weight of the goods being sent. Of course, the destination country also plays a part.
Shipping costs within Germany
Within Germany, the shipping costs for orders with a order value below EUR 149,- are EUR 6,95.
Deliveries abroad
